Technical Project Manager – Future Opportunities

About the role

Monks is seeking experienced Technical Project Managers to join the team as future opportunities arise. In this role you will bridge technology and business, ensuring software projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while coordinating communication across product, engineering, QA and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date backlogs, tickets, and release plans, ensuring they remain actionable.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies and blockers; create contingency plans and provide risk assessments to leadership.
• Produce reports, dashboards and status updates tailored for both technical and business audiences.
• Track project financials—including revenue, costs and margins—support invoicing accuracy and recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Manage scope changes, balance competing priorities and allocate resources effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing cross‑functional technical projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum or Kanban lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt messaging for technical and business stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
