Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise‑scale technology projects that simplify healthcare operations. You will translate business goals into technical solutions, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure seamless delivery of CRM, Order‑to‑Cash, and finance system initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans for large‑scale SaaS and healthcare systems.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Business Systems projects, including CRM, Order‑to‑Cash, and finance platforms.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and system demonstrations.
• Oversee release, change, and Agile processes to ensure smooth deployments.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of IT program management experience in SaaS, technology, or healthcare environments.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale enterprise projects with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and translating technical concepts into business language.

Required skills

• Project planning tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project.
• Enterprise platforms: Salesforce (CRM), NetSuite.
• Integration and analytics tools: Workato, Snowflake, Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile, release management, and change management methodologies.
