Technical Project Manager (Mid/Senior) – LATAM

About the role

Coderio is looking for a Technical Project Manager (mid‑senior level) to join a product squad focused on delivering complex software solutions across LATAM. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring that technical delivery stays on track while meeting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business partners and engineering squads, translating business goals into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers to design performant, scalable web platforms and evaluate architectural proposals.
• Organize, schedule, and prioritize work items in Jira using a Kanban workflow.
• Monitor project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and lead proactive mitigation efforts.
• Promote transparent communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and team synergy.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing technical delivery or software engineering initiatives.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Background in full‑stack development with hands‑on coding experience.
• Deep understanding of modern web‑application architectures.
• Proven ability to work within Agile environments and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
