About the role
Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build an elite, fast‑moving team. This remote position focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy for clients in Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
- Source and engage candidates across multiple regions.
- Provide a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
- Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full‑time talent.
- Keep a clean, data‑driven pipeline in the ATS and update hiring managers.
Required profile
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in tech, digital or creative agencies.
- High accountability mindset with minimal need for micromanagement.
- Global perspective comfortable with different time zones and cultures.
- Strong ATS proficiency and love for automated workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
