Technical Supervisor – Production Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead our production lines at the Vogue Colombia plant. The role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower production personnel, fostering skill development and performance growth.
• Monitor and achieve critical KPIs such as efficiency, unit execution, plan adherence, quality, and safety, implementing corrective action plans when needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Manufacturing, Flows, and Safety teams to resolve production anomalies quickly.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, hygiene, health, and safety standards at every workstation.
• Serve as a clear communication bridge between support functions and floor staff, keeping all parties informed of performance metrics and needs.
