About the role
We are looking for a Technical Support Agent who combines strong technical reasoning with excellent communication and a customer‑first mindset. In this remote position you will help users troubleshoot technical issues, configure integrations, and navigate platform settings, often supporting users without a technical background.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users across multiple platforms.
- Configure and manage integrations with email and calendar services such as Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and iCloud.
Required profile
- C1 level English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Minimum 12 years of technical support experience in SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem‑solving abilities to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
Required skills
- Experience with Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and iCloud integrations.
- Knowledge of iOS and macOS platforms.
