About the role

Join Atlantic Quantum Innovations as a Technical Support Representative, providing first‑level assistance to customers in both English and French. You will troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by customers.
• Provide support via phone, chat, or email.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level teams when necessary.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Maintain service quality standards and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• French proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full‑time availability.
