About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide prompt, professional assistance to users facing hardware, software and system issues. The role focuses on delivering a positive experience through effective troubleshooting and clear communication.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support via email, chat, phone or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and system‑related problems.
- Assist users with account access, configuration and technical inquiries.
- Document issues, resolutions and support activities accurately.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical concerns.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of systems, tools and support procedures.
- Ensure timely follow‑up and resolution of support requests.
Required profile
- Experience in technical support, IT support or customer service.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
- Detail‑oriented, patient and professional mindset.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
