Technical Support Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

Cornerstone Global Partners is looking for a Level I Technical Support Specialist to provide remote assistance for a leading ERP platform used in the seafood industry. The position works the night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and supports a user base of roughly 1,500 across 150 client companies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level I support primarily through Zendesk tickets and email, with occasional phone assistance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues related to the ERP system.
• Navigate web‑based tools and internal systems to investigate customer inquiries.
• Document each case accurately and maintain detailed ticket records.
• Escalate complex problems to higher‑level support teams when needed.
• Provide courteous, patient, and customer‑focused service to users of varying technical skill.

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish with a B2+/C1 English proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, help desk, or IT customer support.
• Proven experience using ticketing platforms such as Zendesk.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort working with multiple web applications.
• Stable work history and a commitment to long‑term employment.
