Technology Pool – Remote Contractor

About the role

Sterlington PLLC is building a pool of technology professionals to support its growing cloud, infrastructure, and digital initiatives. This independent contractor position is fully remote and operates within a lean, remote‑first technology team, collaborating closely with infrastructure, operations, and firm leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support and contribute to cloud and infrastructure projects on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technology tools and platforms.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives and day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed on project status.
• Help the firm adopt emerging technologies in a structured and responsible manner.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage workload independently.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI tools and their practical applications.
