Temporary IT Support Technician – Hospitality

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Technology Services Technician, providing on‑site IT support that enhances the guest experience. In this temporary position you will ensure all technology equipment runs smoothly and that guests receive prompt, courteous assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Address technology equipment and connectivity service requests promptly, adhering to Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and related assets.
• Install, set up, and dismantle A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas.
• Provide end‑user training and technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Process equipment and service billing for guests, resolve concerns, and authorize billing adjustments.
• Document repairs, routine maintenance, and special service requests, flagging any issues that need further attention.
