Temporary Visual Merchandising Project Coordinator

About the role

The Temporary Visual Merchandising Project Coordinator will support Visual Merchandising initiatives across the United States for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty. The role coordinates campaign management, POSM forecasting, capex and expense tracking, vendor onboarding, production, logistics, planogram development and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Visual Merchandising campaign database and ensure accurate project timelines and implementation details.
• Support forecasting and ordering of permanent and temporary Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for makeup and fragrance, coordinating production and delivery.
• Maintain capex and expense budget trackers, support budget reporting, reconciliation and purchase order processing.
• Onboard and manage Visual Merchandising vendors, handling documentation, quotations, production timelines, invoices and deliveries.
• Coordinate production, shipment and logistics of Visual Merchandising materials for both permanent and temporary projects.
• Develop and organize the bi‑annual Visual Merchandising Book and maintain current and historical planograms for the US market.
