TikTok Shop & E‑Commerce Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

TopFoxx, a fast‑growing women‑owned NYC eyewear brand, is seeking an E‑Commerce Growth Marketing Manager to turn its digital marketing and e‑commerce channels into scalable, profitable growth engines. The role focuses heavily on TikTok Shop while also covering Meta, Instagram, paid media, and overall conversion optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze TikTok Shop GMV, revenue, conversion and creator performance; develop and execute strategies to increase daily sales and scale repeatable processes.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and TikTok, analyzing ROAS, CPA, CPC and other KPIs to adjust budgets, creative, and targeting.
• Review the full customer journey from ad click to checkout, identify drop‑off points, and run conversion‑focused tests on product pages, landing pages, and offers.
• Develop creative strategies based on performance data, create content briefs, and provide hands‑on edits to images, graphics, and short‑form videos.
• Track and report core metrics such as revenue, GMV, AOV, conversion rate, and contribution margin, interpreting results to drive profitable decisions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑driven marketer who can independently investigate problems, devise strategies, implement solutions and iterate based on results.
• Curious and capable of working across multiple channels (TikTok Shop, Meta, Instagram, Shopify, Amazon) and connecting creator, paid, and organic performance.
