Track & Trace Specialist (Weekends)

About the role

Join Staffbridge’s logistics operations team in Medellín as a Track & Trace Specialist working weekends. You will ensure full visibility of shipments from origin to destination, proactively solve issues, and keep customers and carriers informed in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments across multiple carriers and systems.
• Identify potential delays and take immediate corrective actions.
• Provide real‑time updates to customers, dispatch and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless freight experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in track & trace, dispatch or freight visibility.
• Strong understanding of domestic and cross‑border freight operations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
• Effective carrier communications.
