Trade Marketing & Brand Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

The Trade Marketing & Brand Manager will lead the Trade Marketing and Brand Management strategy for the US market while working remotely from Colombia. You will collaborate with Sales, E‑commerce, Operations, Brokerage and Marketing teams to drive brand visibility, point‑of‑sale execution and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Trade Marketing and Brand Management strategy.
• Lead brand‑strengthening initiatives and manage the calendar of campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate product launches across multiple commercial channels and support Trade Marketing campaigns with the Marketing team.
• Oversee creation and implementation of POP materials, displays, signage and promotional assets.
• Produce commercial materials for brokers, distributors and sales representatives.
• Organise company participation in trade shows, customer events and industry exhibitions.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance and present actionable recommendations.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, agencies, brokers and suppliers for flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand positioning, buyer experience and point‑of‑sale execution.

• Proven ability to guide, develop and actively participate in project implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
