Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Trade Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and drive sales for CELYA, a Colombian FinTech focused on micro‑loans for smartphones. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bogotá, D.C., and works closely with sales, product and senior management to align marketing actions with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement market‑planning strategies that support trade objectives.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and trade events to boost product uptake.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of trade activities.
• Monitor market trends and consumer data, providing insights to refine tactics.
• Maintain alignment between marketing and sales targets through regular stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in market planning, trade marketing and sales‑driven strategies.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market and consumer data.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of the FinTech or telecommunications sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
