Trainer II – Client-Focused Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer II delivers client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. This role ensures agents are prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and supports seamless transition from training to production.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day classroom activities, monitor student progress, and provide coaching and readiness recommendations.
• Design and deliver training using effective presentation, facilitation, and adult‑learning techniques across multiple modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials, hands‑on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics and support agents’ transition to production environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through calls, client meetings, and observations.
• Communicate consistently with managers, peers, and client contacts.
• Assist the Instructional Design team in creating computer‑based training, interactive sessions, and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness via focus groups, interviews, and surveys, and recommend curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Two to four years of relevant training experience.
• Proven expertise in training methodologies and soft‑skill development.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
