Training & Content Specialist

About the role

The Training & Content Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve training programs that support new work, service expansions and process optimizations for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services Operations in Bogotá. Acting as a subject‑matter expert, the role ensures knowledge transfer, accurate documentation and alignment with global process owners to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end pre‑ and post‑launch training for new services, projects and process changes.
• Perform Training Needs Analyses and deliver refresher sessions based on KPIs, operational data and feedback.
• Develop and digitise training materials, leveraging digital platforms and automation to enhance learning efficiency.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and Service Delivery teams to identify improvement opportunities and align regional training delivery.
• Lead regional and country‑level process alignment initiatives, ensuring consistent training across locations.
• Create and maintain content management and knowledge‑cascade frameworks to support continuous learning.

Required profile

• Subject‑matter expertise in process‑driven operations and service delivery.
• Experience conducting training needs analyses and designing training solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and lead cross‑functional alignment projects.
• Strong focus on operational metrics and continuous improvement.
