Training & Sales Director – Remote (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing personal injury law firm seeking a seasoned Training & Sales Director to build, develop, and lead our remote intake and sales operations. This senior position reports to firm leadership and focuses on improving conversion rates, scaling processes, and coaching high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead training programs for Intake Specialists, Case Managers, and Sales Closers.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a high‑performing remote sales and intake team across multiple time zones.
• Create sales scripts, training manuals, SOPs, role‑play exercises, and continuous coaching programs.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and performance dashboards to drive individual and team results.
• Build and optimize inbound lead handling and outbound follow‑up processes to maximize conversions.
• Plan staffing schedules to ensure full coverage during evenings and weekends.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to achieve aggressive growth and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and training sales teams.
• Strong background in high‑volume call centers, legal intake, personal injury, insurance, or healthcare.
• Proven success creating training programs that improve sales performance.
• Experience managing KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones.
• Must be located outside the United States.
