Transportation Dispatcher

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation operations and ensure shipments move efficiently. The role involves constant communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain on‑time deliveries and resolve any operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation operations and assign drivers to shipments.
• Monitor driver schedules, ensuring compliance with planned routes.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates and operational support.
• Address and resolve customer and driver inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate logistics requirements for each assigned move.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, schedules, and changes.
• Analyze transportation data and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve transportation processes.
• Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a Transportation Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, Dispatcher, or a similar logistics/transportation role.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
