We are looking for a Travel Concierge Specialist to join our team and help clients create seamless travel experiences. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in the travel industry, strong customer‑service skills, and a passion for delivering personalized journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel planning and concierge services, providing tailored recommendations based on their preferences.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
• Manage itinerary changes and resolve travel‑related issues efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after each trip.
• Maintain accurate booking and client records.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Travel Concierge, Travel Consultant, or in a similar travel‑industry role.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple requests.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a problem‑solver with a customer‑first mindset.
• Passion for travel and creating exceptional client experiences.

Required skills

• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
