About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements for clients and employees worldwide. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth travel experiences across diverse cultures and time zones.

Key responsibilities

Research, arrange, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and related services within budget constraints.
Support cost projections, expense reporting, and identify opportunities for travel‑related savings.
Maintain awareness of travel regulations, passport and visa requirements, and assist with visa processing.
Document travel processes and propose improvements.

Required profile

Proven experience in travel coordination or planning.
Strong command of English.
