Treasury Analyst – Global Finance Role

About the role

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will oversee global liquidity, cash positioning, and treasury operations across multiple countries, ensuring smooth multi‑currency cash flows.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the Treasury Management System and monitor global liquidity.
• Reconcile bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash‑in‑transit, providing detailed KPI reports.
• Manage full bank account reconciliation and support the monthly close process.
• Administer domestic and international bank relationships, resolve issues, and maintain accurate cash pictures.
• Oversee fund disbursements, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards.
• Maintain rolling cash forecasts (daily, 13‑week, 26‑week) for working‑capital planning.
• Produce ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization, variances, and recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with the financial code of conduct and investigate irregular transactions.
• Review budget proposals from other functions for technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Seasoned finance professional with extensive treasury experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex multi‑currency cash flows across international markets.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with banking partners and internal teams.

Required skills

• Treasury Management System (TMS) usage.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards.
