About the role
Marsh McLennan is looking for a Trilingual Administrative Assistant to support senior business leaders in Bogotá. This hybrid position requires three days a week in the office and offers the chance to work across various areas of the firm while developing a long‑term career.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support including travel arrangements, calendar management, expense tracking and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other assistants to ensure seamless execution of tasks and proactively schedule internal and external meetings.
- Develop a knowledge base of projects, key clients and internal support functions to aid business goals.
- Deliver a positive service experience and build trusted relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Previous executive assistant experience supporting business leaders or consultants.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (a plus).
