About the role
Are you fluent in English and Portuguese? Join ATAIN and grow with us! We are looking for trilingual customer service agents who are eager to work in a dynamic, international environment with great growth potential.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in both English and Portuguese.
- Provide timely and accurate information and support.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences through every interaction.
Required profile
- English level B2 or higher.
- Portuguese level B2 or higher.
- Customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

- Base salary of $3,600,000 COP.
