About the role
ATAIN is looking for trilingual customer service agents fluent in English and Portuguese to work on site in Bogotá. The position is full-time (42 hours per week) under a permanent contract, with a base salary of 3,600,000 COP.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, chat or email in both English and Portuguese.
- Provide timely and accurate information and support.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences in every interaction.
Required profile
- English level B2 or higher.
- Portuguese level B2 or higher.
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
