About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Truck Dispatcher to coordinate loads, communicate with drivers, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch loads to drivers.
Communicate clearly with drivers, brokers, and internal team members.
Monitor routes and provide timely updates.
Resolve issues related to delays, breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and communications.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation regulations.

Required profile

Availability to work 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong and reliable internet connection.
Solid understanding of U.S. geography and major freight lanes.
Prior experience as a truck driver or diesel mechanic (preferred).
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to remain responsive and professional under pressure.
