UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are seeking a remote UX/UI Designer who blends strong design craftsmanship with an AI‑forward mindset. You will own the end‑to‑end visual and interaction experience across Sell2Rent’s digital presence, from the website to lead forms and conversion flows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, revamp, and continuously optimise the website for usability, accessibility, visual appeal, GEO, AEO and SEO.
• Create and refine lead‑generation forms in Webflow, integrate them with HubSpot, and manage data flow into the CRM.
• Maintain and update blog and content layouts, ensuring visual coherence and SEO optimisation.
• Conduct user research, surveys and usability testing; translate findings into wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Ensure cross‑platform design consistency by developing and maintaining a living design system.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Claude) and MCP connections into the design workflow to accelerate output, automate repetitive tasks and generate AI‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Self‑managed, able to read shifting priorities and make judgment calls on what matters most.
• Strong design craft with a passion for emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
