Vice President/Principal, South Division Lead – Identity & Security

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President/Principal to lead the South Division Specialist Sales team for its Identity and Security (I&S) portfolio across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role is responsible for driving new‑business acquisition, client expansion, and revenue growth for fraud, identity, and related security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the South Division go‑to‑market strategy for Identity, Financial Crimes, Fraud Solutions, and Cyber‑for‑Payments product lines.
• Partner with Ethoca, Risk Recon, Recorded Future, and other SSO sales teams to cross‑sell and generate leads.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, guiding opportunities from inception to close.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and regional leaders to align sales enablement activities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the South I&S sales team to exceed collective and individual quotas.
• Ensure alignment of sales targets with customer priorities and monitor performance against bookings and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B technology or security solutions environment.
• Track record of delivering revenue growth and meeting quota targets.
• Strong ability to navigate cross‑functional relationships with product, services, and regional stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with capability to develop and execute GTM plans.
