VIP Host – Player Relationship Specialist

About the role

As a VIP Host you will be the primary point of contact for our top‑earning players, building strong, personal relationships that keep them engaged and loyal. You will translate everyday interactions into measurable business impact while shaping the VIP experience from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with VIPs via in‑game chat, iMessage, Facebook Messenger, email and phone.
• Learn each player’s personal interests – pets, sports teams, music, hobbies – to create a highly personalized experience.
• Keep players informed about product updates, new releases and live events.
• Play competitor and our own games regularly to understand the player journey.
• Analyze behavioral data and reports to identify playing patterns and opportunities.
• Listen empathetically to player concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather and relay player feedback to internal teams as the voice of the VIP community.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience on a VIP Hosts team in iGaming, skill‑games or related RMG fields, or 3 years in mobile free‑to‑play games.
• Fluent American English with a strong grasp of U.S. culture.
• 12 years of education, preferably a B.S. or M.S. in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous roles as a VIP Host, Ambassador, Customer Service Specialist or Community Manager are a plus.
• Additional language abilities (e.g., Chinese, Spanish) are welcomed but not required.
