Virtual Executive Assistant – Real Estate (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing real‑estate company. The role is fully remote, part‑time (approximately 4 hours per day) and focuses on keeping executive operations smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate projects, track deadlines and maintain SOPs, dashboards and workflows.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular operational updates.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking and invoicing.
• Support real‑estate operations, including CRM management and transaction tracking.
• Conduct client follow‑up calls and maintain communication with prospects and clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate administration (required).
• Comfortable making extended follow‑up calls (up to one hour at a time).
• Fluent English (C1 level, no accent required).
• Excellent organizational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Based in Latin America.
