About the role
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador or Nicaragua.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses and event planning.
- Streamline internal workflows, produce data analyses, reports, SOPs and documentation.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate cross‑functional communication.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, Account Manager).
- Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.

What we offer
- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total, with raises every six months.
- Fixed schedule, no overtime or weekend work.
