Virtual Executive Assistant – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support a US or Canadian startup executive. The position is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will bring leadership experience to keep the executive’s day running smoothly and help improve internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Develop and optimise workflows, create reports, SOPs, and documentation.
• Conduct data analysis and support project coordination across the organization.
• Facilitate internal communication and ensure seamless operational support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role such as Supervisor, Team Lead, Operations Manager, Quality Lead, Trainer, or Account Manager.
• Fluent English (C1 level) – written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools and a strong interest in AI technologies.
