Virtual Legal Receptionist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and service‑oriented Virtual Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and callers. Working remotely, you will represent the firm’s professional image, manage inbound communications and support daily administrative tasks for a US‑based law practice.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide general information about the firm’s services.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate attorneys, paralegals, or departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Assist with translation during meetings when needed.
• Follow up with clients who miss scheduled appointments.
• Support daily administrative and communication needs as assigned.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience as a virtual receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a law firm.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Reliable remote work setup with a quiet, distraction‑free environment.
