About the role

Join the hospitality team at a Hilton Garden Inn property, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests and members. As a Waiter/Waitress you will ensure a memorable dining experience through attentive service and thorough knowledge of the menu.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage queries and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with licensing regulations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and product offerings.
• Keep all floor stations well stocked and ready for service (mise‑en‑place).
• Follow reporting procedures for any issues that arise.
• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and on time.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, uniform dress code, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire safety, and health‑and‑safety legislation.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
