Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Waiter / Waitress at Hilton, you will provide food and beverage service while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to make their stay special.
- Master the menu, promotions, and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take orders, enter them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to detail.
- Keep the service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
