About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Webmaster to manage the editing, proofreading and publishing of client content on our WordPress sites. The role blends copywriting precision with the technical know‑how required to build and maintain web pages efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Proofread, edit and upload copy, images and links to WordPress pages, ensuring adherence to brand tone and word‑count limits.
- Resize and upload participant headshots, verifying that all imagery meets resolution standards.
- Build, edit and maintain website pages in WordPress, applying best‑practice web standards.
- Collaborate closely with the editorial and production teams to track programmatic changes and participant additions.
- Manage multiple publishing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Required profile
- Highly detail‑oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to juggle several projects at once.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict publishing timelines.
