About the role

Two Travel is seeking a Wedding Logistics Coordinator to join its Medellín team. The role blends remote work with on‑site presence at weddings, ensuring every detail aligns with the couple’s vision. You will act as the central point of contact, turning ideas into a seamless, memorable celebration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee all phases of the wedding, from concept to post‑event wrap‑up.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiation and contracts to secure services within budget.
• Develop detailed timelines, checklists and logistical plans for each event.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the bride, groom and their families, addressing questions and adjustments in real time.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
• Coordinate on‑site execution, troubleshooting issues and guaranteeing smooth operation on the wedding day.

Required profile

• Fluent conversational English (100% proficiency).
• Proven experience planning weddings from pre‑ to post‑event stages.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local venues and wedding‑related suppliers in Medellín.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
