Wedding Logistics Coordinator – Medellín

About the role

We are seeking a Wedding Logistics Coordinator to join Two Travel’s Medellín team. This full‑time hybrid position combines remote work with on‑site event coordination, ensuring couples enjoy a seamless, memorable wedding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee every phase of the wedding, from concept to post‑event follow‑up.
• Manage vendor selection, negotiation and contracts to secure the best services within budget.
• Provide comprehensive consulting, logistical coordination and on‑the‑day support for the bride, groom and their families.
• Optimize timelines, budgets and resources while maintaining high quality standards.
• Handle sales closing and client communication to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

Required profile

• Fluent conversational English (100 % proficiency).
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end wedding planning, including pre‑wedding, ceremony and post‑wedding activities.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of Medellín’s wedding venues and local supplier landscape.
