WindServer Administrator

About the role

WSP is seeking an experienced IT professional to join its global technology team as a WindServer Administrator. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the WindServer environment while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to WindServer users, analysts, and stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving application and infrastructure issues.
• Perform system analysis and debugging to identify root causes and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Implement and manage code changes and server configuration updates, adhering to established standards.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of on‑premises server infrastructure and monitor system operations.
• Collaborate with senior administrators and the WindServer Product Manager to support platform growth, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise systems administration and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve technical problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
• Commitment to continuous improvement of business‑critical applications.
