WordPress Developer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time WordPress Developer to join Mettano’s remote team. You will create and maintain conversion‑focused websites for home‑service businesses, working closely with our SEO and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, conversion‑oriented sites using WordPress and Elementor following design templates and SOPs.
• Handle site migrations, domain transfers, DNS configuration, email and SMTP setup, and integrate CRMs and Zapier workflows.
• Optimize page speed through image compression, lazy loading, caching, CDN configuration and core web vitals improvements.
• Perform regular website maintenance: content updates, layout changes, plugin updates and minor bug fixes.
• Apply targeted HTML, CSS and JavaScript customizations when required.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong UI design sense and ability to follow design guidelines.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability for at least 5 hours of daily overlap with EST time zones.
