Workday Analyst – HR Compensation & Performance

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Workday Analyst to join its HR department. The role focuses on supporting compensation programs and performance management across multiple locations, working remotely with a morning shift (8:00 am‑3:00 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer base and variable compensation programs for various geographies.
• Enhance compensation policies, procedures, and practices.
• Coach managers through the annual Performance Management Review process and KPI/goal setting.
• Create, review, and analyze annual merit increase data and related matrix charts.
• Manage execution of compensation policies, pay‑for‑performance, and incentive programs.
• Handle day‑to‑day compensation activities such as benchmarking, salary banding, bonus agreements, surveys, job evaluations, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Provide analytical insights on internal compensation to influence business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to address performance gaps and facilitate appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong numerical sense, data‑analysis capability, and excellent communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and solid time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Workday knowledge (mandatory).
• Workday integration experience (preferred).
