Workday HR Consultant – Compensation & Performance

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Workday HR Consultant to join its growing HR department. The role focuses on supporting compensation programs, performance management, and Workday system integration across multiple locations. This is a remote position with a morning shift (8:00 am‑3:00 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer base and variable compensation programs for various geographic regions.
• Improve compensation policies, procedures, and practices to increase effectiveness.
• Provide coaching throughout the annual Performance Management Review process and KPI/goal setting.
• Create, review, and analyze annual merit increase data and matrix charts in line with corporate policies.
• Manage day‑to‑day compensation activities, including benchmarking, salary banding, bonus agreements, surveys, job evaluations, and market competitiveness analysis.
• Deliver analytical insights on internal compensation to influence business decisions.
• Partner with managers to address performance gaps and facilitate appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong numerical sense and data‑analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
