Workday HR Consultant

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc., a leading asset‑based carrier across North America, is seeking a Workday HR Consultant to join its growing HR team. The role focuses on designing, administering and analysing compensation programs while leveraging Workday to support performance management and incentive plans. This is a remote, full‑time position with a morning shift (8 am‑3 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and administer base and variable compensation programs for multiple geographic locations.
• Improve compensation policies, procedures and practices to increase effectiveness.
• Provide coaching throughout the annual performance management review and KPI/goal‑setting process.
• Create, review and analyse annual merit increase data and matrix charts in line with corporate policies.
• Manage day‑to‑day compensation activities such as benchmarking, salary banding, bonus agreements, survey participation, job evaluation and market competitiveness analysis.
• Deliver analytical reports on internal compensation to influence business decisions.
• Partner with managers to address performance gaps and facilitate appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English.
• Strong numerical sense and data‑analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
