Young Professional – Human Resources (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Young Professional to support its Human Resources function. This remote, entry‑level position offers the chance to work alongside experienced HR practitioners in a global tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and updating internal systems.
• Collaborate on engagement, well‑being, and culture initiatives.
• Help organize training and development activities, track participation, and gather feedback.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to aid data‑driven decision making.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in people management, organizational culture, or HR operations.
• Empathetic, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
