Young Professional – Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

This entry‑level recruiter position offers a chance to launch a career in talent acquisition with a global technology services firm. You will work remotely, supporting the full hiring lifecycle for a variety of technical and non‑technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
