Key responsibilities

• Design thumbnails based on video topics and creative briefs.
• Create multiple concepts for testing and iteration.
• Maintain a consistent visual brand across all thumbnails.
• Incorporate text, facial expressions, and imagery that maximize click‑through rates.
• Turn around drafts and revisions efficiently.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends and best practices in YouTube thumbnail design, especially within the self‑improvement niche.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails.
• Portfolio showcasing high‑quality thumbnail work, with links where possible.
• Evidence of performance metrics (CTR or similar) is a plus.
• Strong visual storytelling sense and understanding of audience psychology.
