Agentic Software Engineer (Remote – Colombia & Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a curious, product‑oriented Agentic Software Engineer I to join a fast‑moving team that builds modern software products using AI‑assisted development workflows. This remote position is ideal for early‑career engineers who want to grow quickly while working with scalable cloud systems, modern front‑end frameworks, distributed architectures, and AI coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on new features, platform improvements, and technical debt reduction.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code and support API integrations.
• Utilize AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, engineering discussions, and cross‑functional work with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#/.NET.
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Angular).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Interest or experience using AI coding tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; English level B2+ preferred.
