AI Video Production Specialist (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Production Specialist to create short‑form video content for creator and brand campaigns using AI video generation tools. The role is fully remote within the LATAM region and works on EST timezone, collaborating closely with Campaign Managers to turn briefs into polished AI‑generated video drafts.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Campaign Managers to understand briefs, brand goals, target audience, product details, creator direction, and deliverable requirements.
• Translate campaign ideas into clear AI video prompts and generate drafts using text prompts, reference images, product assets, and brand guidelines.
• Create multiple video variations per concept, adjusting hooks, scenes, pacing, camera angles, product moments, and visual styles.
• Review AI outputs, select the strongest versions, and refine prompts when results are off‑brand or visually weak.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers to incorporate internal and client feedback, delivering final AI‑generated video drafts.
• Maintain organized files, prompts, version histories, and build a prompt library with best‑practice guidelines.
• Stay updated on new AI video tools, creative trends, and short‑form video formats.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools for video or image generation, creative editing, or prompt‑based content creation.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video content, including hooks, pacing, and creator‑style storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting within the LATAM region (EST timezone).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to align outputs with brand and campaign objectives.
