About the role
Join IGT Solutions' dynamic team as a bilingual Customer Service Agent, supporting leading brands in the hospitality and tourism sector. You will handle inbound calls from interested customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and guiding them through bookings and reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls related to travel, hotel, and airline services.
- Provide professional assistance, answer queries, and guide customers through booking processes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow company procedures.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- High school diploma.
- Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Availability to work onsite in Medellín.
Required skills
- English (B2+).
